Tanner Jago Autographed Puck

I took my wife & my two girls to the Fargo Force game last night & we had a good time. Well, at least, as much time as can be had when you take a five-year-old and a two-year-old to a hockey game. The two-year-old absolutely refused to sit still, and the five-year-old was more concerned with hitting the concession stand than watching the action on the ice. Then again, there wasn't much action to watch, as the Force were outshot 13-35 by the Indianapolis Ice on their way to a 4-1 loss. It is tough to be a fan of a team during a rebuilding year, but we are still sticking by our boys.

After each game, the team makes one player, featured as the "Player Spotlight" available after the game to meet the fans and sign autographs. This game afforded me the opportunity to get a puck signed by defenseman Tanner Jago.

One of the few Canadians on the team, Jago has scored one goal and five assists in 32 games for the Force. He still has another year left int he juniors before moving on to college hockey, so we'll see if the seasoning makes a difference as time goes on. Despite a tough loss, he was very nice after the game, and patient enough to take a picture with my two little girls.
